Vulovic Labs, LLC ("Company") strives to ensure customer satisfaction with all our SaaS products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refund requests made after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
For usage-based services, refunds may be issued for charges resulting from technical errors or service outages on our end. Charges for consumed usage under normal operating conditions are generally non-refundable.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@vuloviclabs.com with your account details and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued through Stripe, our payment processor.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations.
