Vulovic Labs provides AI-powered SaaS products and digital tools. Our Services are provided on a subscription or usage-based basis. Specific terms for individual products may apply in addition to these general terms.

4. Payment Terms

Paid Services are billed in advance on a subscription or usage-based basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. All fees are stated in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our Services
  • Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
  • Use our Services to transmit harmful or malicious content

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Vulovic Labs, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vulovic Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
